VIC: First test for Bracks government, unions

MELBOURNE, Feb 7 AAP - The Victorian Labor government's relationship with the union
movement is facing its first real test.
Premier Steve Bracks today ordered union members back to work at Yallourn Energy, despite
the workers failing to achieve concessions from the company on working conditions.
With an angry Victorian public having faced power blackouts and several days of power
restrictions because of the Yallourn dispute, Mr Bracks had to act to save face.
